The front entrance to the villa leads into an extensive living area approaching 75 square metres. The room incorporates an open stone fireplace, wooden floors and high ceilings with full tree trunk beams. It is divided into two zones. The first is a sitting area with three sofas and a Smart TV. The second houses a grand piano and Bluetooth enabled sound system.
The spacious kitchen-diner is accessed through a stone arch. There are fitted appliances, an L shaped breakfast bar, marble worktops and a dining table for up to 10 people overlooking the garden through a fan shaped window. Double wooden doors lead to a courtyard with outside dining area, barbecue, raised beds and the gardens beyond.
Villa Magdalena’s two bathrooms have recently been refurbished in white polished plaster. The ground floor bathroom has a walk-in shower. The upstairs bathroom has a bath with overhead shower.
The double aspect master bedroom has a king-size bed, high vaulted wooden ceilings and windows overlooking the front courtyard and rear gardens. Next door, a second bedroom contains two single beds. In the downstairs wing, there is another large bedroom with high ceilings which has a queen-size bed and double doors opening up to the front courtyard. Nearby is a fourth bedroom comprising a mezzanine split. On the ground floor there are two single beds, with a third on the mezzanine level. All four bedrooms have air conditioning.
